For the
summer of 2006 and 2007, the Merrie Harriers will make the ideal venue for both
your civil wedding ceremony and reception.
Why
not commence proceedings with a champagne reception, taken on the terrace?
This
provides the ideal to opportunity for photographs, taking advantage of the hugely
picturesque setting.
Later your guests
can be seated for a beautifully presented meal, before rounding off the evening
with either a disco or live music (marquee only) and dancing.
Options
Our beautiful gardens provide the perfect
setting for a marquee and we are happy to cater for up to 120 guests.
For
smaller, more intimate receptions, the Garden View restaurant can accommodate
up to 40 guests for
either
formal dining or a sumptuous buffet.
Whichever option
you choose, you will be assured of the personal attention of the owners at all
times to ensure the success of your big day.

requirements, using only the the finest, fresh, locally sourced ingredients of
the highest quality.

Local Accomodation
Within the village of Cowbeech there are several excellent Bed & Breakfast
houses, where your wedding guests will receive the warmest of welcomes and the
most comfortable accomodation. Alternatively, why not combine the wedding celebrations
with a short stay at nearby Beechcroft? Situated just a 3-minute walk from the
Merrie Harriers, Beechcroft (below) is the superb conversion of rural buildings,
finished to the highest standard.
